Watrium has contracted 4Service’s subsidiary De 3 Stuer to operate the staff restaurant at Oslo Atrium in Bjørvika, Oslo, Norway.
Watrium owns the Oslo Atrium office building, which currently houses tenants such as EY, Avinor, Gard, PRA Group, HCL and Visma. The building covers a total area of 30,000 square metres, of which 27,000 square metres are office space.
De 3 Stuer will start operating and managing Oslo Atrium’s staff restaurant from the summer of 2018 onwards. The restaurant and services offered will be significantly improved as a result.
